Electronic Health Record Integration

Fold Health integrates with several Electronic Health Records. To integrate your EHR with Fold, please complete the following steps:

1. Provide the integration key from your EHR to your Fold Implementation Manager via email. If you utilize Elation, send an email to integrations@elationhealth.com: “Please initiate the process to get integration credentials for my location” and include your Fold Health implementation manager on the email.
2. Provide Fold with EHR Credentials. Fold Health will need credentials to access your EHR, so that we can validate the data integration. These can be credentials for an existing test user or can be created specifically for a Fold team member. Please provide the login credentials to your Fold implementation manager in a secur manner (e.g., via SFTP or secure email). Fold can create a SFTP upon request.
3. Provide Fold with a test patient. Having a test patient helps Fold ensure that our integration is properly functioning before go-live. Note: If you utilize Hint, please create the patient directly in Hint. If you do not use Hint, please create the patient directly in your EHR. 
   • First Name: Fold
   • Last Name: Test
   • DOB: 01/01/2001

Hint Health Integration

Fold Health also integrates with Hint Health. To integrate your Fold account with Hint, please share your Hint Authorization Code with your Fold Implementation Manager. Follow the below steps to find your authorization code:

1. From the Hint home page, find and click on Fold health in “Other Integrations"
2. Click on the blue button: Integrate with Fold Health
3. Click on the blue button: Enable Fold Health
4. Send the authorization code to your implementation manager
