Settings > Account > Locations
If your Fold environment is linked to an EHR, your locations will be synced automatically. We recommend checking the Location settings to ensure everything is reflected appropriately (e.g., confirm address and time zone). To edit a location that has synced over to Fold from your EHR integration, go to Settings > Account > Locations then select the location and the Pencil (edit) icon. Ensure the Business location information is accurate, then select Business Hours and edit as needed.
Best Practice: Practices should review locations in their EHR prior to the actual integration to ensure that your locations are configured in the way you’d like to see them in Fold.
