Configure Phone Number Settings

Settings > Calls > Phone Numbers > Click on each phone number:

• If the number should be assigned to a user (versus a location), then select the appropriate user. 
• Assign phone trees for office hours use, out of office use, and holidays.
• Choose SMS managers who should have access to the SMS inbox of the number.
• Add an auto reply for the number. 

Best Practice: Numbers assigned to users will follow the User’s Availability, and not the location hours.
