Settings > Calls > On-Call Schedule > +New
You have the option to configure an on-call schedule, which feeds into your Out of Office or Holiday Phone trees to direct calls to the appropriate person on call. Create a new on-call schedule. Once it is saved, in your Out of Office or Holiday Phone trees, add a dial node and select On-Call Schedule under Phone Type.
