Calls Settings

Within this tab, you can:

1. Purchase a new phone number for your account.
2. Allows you to assign a phone number to a user or a location.
3. Pick a default Phone Number for outgoing calls and SMS.
4. Set an office hours & out of office hours phone tree.
5. Choose team members that can view/reply to the SMS inbox.
6. Manage phone number settings, phone trees, communication types, extensions, and on-call schedules
7. Add an Out of Office auto SMS reply for a particular number
8. Create and edit phone trees
9. Add communication types, including CPT codes, market costs, and internal costs
