Streamlined @Mention Filtering

In this release, we've introduced a valuable feature for managing @mentions. Users can now filter @mentions based on three categories: Read, Unread, and All. We've thoughtfully set the default @mention filter to 'Unread' to ensure that your @mention inbox remains clutter-free once you've reviewed these important messages. This enhancement simplifies communication management within the platform.

Identifying Non-Engaged Members

In the context of Employer Reporting, our update enables users to identify and view members who have not been engaged with the platform in the last 3, 6, or 12 months. This valuable insight empowers healthcare practices to run targeted campaigns and automations, rekindling engagement between members and the practice. By focusing on non-engaged members, you can foster stronger connections and drive increased participation within your healthcare community.

Improved Text Box Size for Enhanced Messaging

In response to user feedback, we've made a noteworthy enhancement to the text box size on the provider web app. Previously, users were limited to a two-line text box when typing messages to members. With this update, we've expanded the text box to accommodate up to five lines, offering a more spacious and user-friendly experience. This change simplifies communication and provides more room for detailed messages, ensuring a seamless messaging experience between providers and members. We're committed to continually enhancing your communication tools for a better user experience.

Repeat Node in Automation

We are thrilled to introduce the latest enhancement to our automation system. With the addition of the "Repeat Node," users now have the power to seamlessly repeat any subsequent actions based on the frequency they set. This versatile tool enhances automation capabilities, allowing for more precise and efficient execution of workflows. Whether you need to schedule recurring actions or create dynamic, repetitive workflows, the Repeat Node empowers you to tailor automation to your specific needs. Simplify and streamline your automation processes with this valuable addition.

New UI for Stats of Campaign and Automations

We are excited to introduce a significant upgrade that empowers users to monitor SMS and Email analytics directly within the Campaign and Automation section. This feature allows you to track the performance and effectiveness of your campaigns and automations effortlessly. Gain valuable insights into the reach, engagement, and impact of your campaigns. Making data-driven decisions is now simpler than ever.
