Schedule Group Appointments with Ease
We're excited to introduce our latest enhancement to the Fold Scheduling experience—Group Appointments—a powerful addition designed to streamline your scheduling processes. This feature allows providers to effortlessly set up virtual and in-person group appointments from the Provider web app , with a flexible and efficient approach to scheduling diverse group sessions. Experience enhanced group appointment management with features such as optional expiration dates for booking links, member limits, and intuitive RSVP functionality.
The Group Appointment summary provides a dynamic view of the member list, RSVP status, and other appointment details for effective management. Members conveniently receive appointment links via email for easy RSVP, and the system intelligently handles cap limits while updating counts automatically. Users can also accept or decline individual appointment requests directly from the appointment summary, with the added ability to choose how to update invitee lists—whether by directly adding patients or generating shareable links for messaging, complete with the option to delete or resend invites. Group appointment types can be created in Calendar Settings and used while scheduling Group Appointments.

Optimize Your Document Organization
In this release, we've enhanced the document management experience across our platform. For providers, the patient profile now features a centralized Document Tab, introducing user-created Custom Categories and organized Care Journey folders (that store corresponding supporting care journey documents). Users can effortlessly access and manage categorized documents, utilizing search and sort functions.
The Patient Web and Native Apps seamlessly synchronize above categories, allowing patients to organize and navigate categorized documents. This update ensures a more intuitive and organized approach to document management for both providers and patients.
Explore Patient Adherence in Care Journeys
This feature empowers healthcare providers with a holistic understanding of patient adherence in care journeys. Adherence reflects patients' compliance with assigned tasks. It presents essential journey details and overall task adherence metrics in an initial overview. Following this, providers gain access to patient-specific breakdowns, allowing them to comprehend journey status and overall adherence for each patient.
Further insights include detailed analytics, highlighting adherence for each task type, offering a graphical representation of overall journey adherence, and providing specific day-wise details. The seamlessly integrated, user-friendly interface within the patient profile facilitates targeted interventions and enhances patient care within the care journey context.

Revamped Automations Listing Page
We're excited to introduce user interface changes to the Automations Tab listing page. Our primary focus has been on refining the user experience to make the management of automations more intuitive and user-friendly.
Personalize your Note Titles
In this update, we introduce the ability for users to assign personalized titles to notes in Fold. While creating or editing a note in the Patient Profile, users can now enter a unique "title" for better organization. The entered title is automatically saved for open or in-progress notes.
These personalized titles enhance the note listing, improving clarity, and ease of search for users. Embrace a more organized and efficient note management experience with this user-friendly enhancement.
NB: This feature will only be available in conjunction with Athena as the underlying EHR.
Opt-Out of Care Journeys
Patients can now opt out of active care journeys in the Patient Web and Native apps. Simply select "Opt-out," add a note for the provider, and confirm your decision. This action pauses the care journey, and the provider can be notified with visible notes. The flexibility to restart journeys is also available to providers.
Customize Care Journey Start Dates
With this feature, Providers now have the flexibility to choose a fixed start date or rolling start date for journeys, ensuring precise control over journey assignment. Fixed Start offers a designated start date for all patients, while Rolling Start allows for dynamic start dates based on individual journey assignment.
This feature enriches the journey creation experience, catering to diverse scheduling needs and late enrollment scenarios.
Manage Care Journey Visibility
Introducing Published Journeys, a feature that enhances your control over patient engagement. In draft stage, journeys are kept behind the scenes. Once moved to the published stage, they become visible for direct assignment, empowering providers with strategic visibility management. Users can now seamlessly update and save changes without affecting ongoing assignments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Visual Differentiation for Internal Messages
With the latest enhancement, you can now visually distinguish internal messages within the messaging window. In scenarios where the message pertains to internal communication, the screen will showcase the internal message in an orange color. This provides a clear visual representation for internal messages and helps users quickly identify them within the release notes.
Add Supporting Documents to Care Journeys
Introducing the ability for providers to create and manage supporting documents - a document directory within each care journey. Providers can upload educational materials, videos, consent forms, and other relevant documents directly from the Care Journey settings on Provider Web.
These documents are easily accessible to all enrolled patients through their apps, fostering a more informed and engaged patient experience. The documents are also synchronized to the patient profile on Patient Web and Native Apps.
Enhanced Journey Automation with Care Journey Filters
Unlock more advanced automation possibilities with the introduction of Care Journey Filters available for Automations on Provider Web. Providers can now reference specific journeys, by applying filters based on journey status, goal status, and location. Additionally, you can configure automations for patient opt-outs, trigger actions at status updates, and ensure precise execution by excluding non-matching conditions.
Integrated Fold Notes to Athena
In this latest release, users can effortlessly synchronize notes from Fold to Athena. Notes created in the Patient Profile on Fold will now automatically generate clinical documents in Athena without the need for encounters. Specifically, only signed and amended notes will sync as clinical documents, contributing to streamlined clinical workflows. This enhancement aims to boost coordination and efficiency in healthcare practices.
Holiday OOO Auto Reply for Patient App Chats
Exciting news! The Holiday Out-of-Office (OOO) auto-reply is now configured to trigger when patients message the clinic via Chat. Keep your patients informed and festive during the holiday season with automated replies about clinic closures and greetings as configured under the holiday configuration
New Appointment Participant Filter in Automations
This new filter will now be available under Appointment Automations that are configurable on Fold Provider Web. With this filter, you can now set conditions on a participant level for appointments. Further set of actions(nodes) can be configured for every participant in the appointment.
