Appointments: Slot Capacity For Self Scheduling Links
This release introduces location-specific slot capacity controls for appointment types. Practices can now define exactly how many appointments can be booked per location through self-scheduling links, ensuring capacity matches staffing or inventory and avoiding overbooking.

Additional Features
  • Quick Access “+” Button for Internal Chats - We have added a “+” button to the Internal Chat section, similar to SMS communications. Users can now start new internal chats directly from the chat window, making it faster and easier to manage team communication across the Provider App and Provider Web. 
  • Note Sync Status Report - A new Note Sync Status Report is available to track whether notes successfully synced to the EHR. The report includes patient IDs, note template names, timestamps, sync statuses and detailed failure codes. This feature is flag based and you can contact our Customer Success team to enable it for your account. 
  • Automatic Header and Footer Updates in Templates - When a header or footer component is updated, the change now automatically applies to all templates using that component. This removes the need for manual updates across multiple templates and ensures consistency at scale. 
  • Cancelled and Pending Appointments in Appointment History - Cancelled appointments now appear in the Appointment History in timeline of the patient profile, giving a complete view of past visits. Pending appointments also show on the timeline so users can see upcoming activity at a glance.
