Create Tasks From a Conversation
We're excited to introduce a streamlined task creation process that is seamlessly integrated with your communication channels. With this latest update, managing tasks originating from your conversations becomes more intuitive and efficient.
Key Enhancements:
Multi Select Messages: Choose specific messages to associate with task creation, facilitating a comprehensive view.
Auto-Filled Member Details: Patient communication-derived member details are auto-filled and remain uneditable for accuracy.
Dynamic Side Drawer: Upon chat selection, a side drawer opens with the sender's name and date pre-filled (mm/dd/yyyy). Selected messages are displayed in the chosen sequence in the description field.
Assignee and Due Date: Assign tasks to specific team members and set due dates for better organization.
Task Priority Adjustment: Set task priority (High, Medium, Low) conveniently during task creation from messaging.
Email Preferences Management
In this release, we're thrilled to introduce a feature that puts members in control of their email notifications. Now, a few email categories include an "Unsubscribe" link directing members to a page where they can manage their preferences.
We've implemented a record system for unsubscribed members, ensuring they won't receive emails from those categories. View the unsubscribed categories conveniently in your member profile, with an option to resubscribe. This enhancement covers General Communication, Care Plan Suggestions, and Conversation Engagement categories, making your communication experience more tailored and user-friendly.
Sync Appointments to a Personal Calendar
Now, patients can effortlessly add scheduled appointments to their personal calendars on Google, Outlook, and Apple. They can simply utilize the email confirmation from Fold to sync appointments, ensuring a streamlined organization of all events in one place.
In addition, any rescheduling or cancellations made on Fold will automatically reflect in patients' personal calendars, ensuring up-to-date information. This feature is accessible exclusively via email for patients who have consented to communication through this channel. You can now improve patient experience and streamline scheduling with this convenient calendar sync.
Please note that changes made to the appointments through patients’ personal calendars will not sync back to Fold.
Unified Call Transfers
We're excited to announce improvements to the call transfer experience, making it more seamless and informative:
Key Enhancements:
Visual Feedback During Transfers: Stay informed with a ringing GIF that persists until the transferred user accepts, rejects, or fails to answer the call.
Clear Call Status Indication: Instantly know when the transfer is successful with a visual transition to a hold status.
Mobile-Friendly Overlay: Easily manage calls on the go with an overlay screen on mobile devices, showing transferred users and providing the option to close the screen.

When creating a Care Journey, users can now add and monitor multiple vital signs and Lab analytes. Introducing the powerful Appointment Auditing feature! Now, practitioners can effortlessly track essential scheduling actions for both 1:1 and group appointments. This addition empowers you to gain valuable insights into your appointment history, including patient updates, changes in reasons for visits, and other crucial details, enhancing your ability to manage and understand scheduling-related activities.
What's New:
-In the Provider web's Calendar and Schedule summary drawer, discover a comprehensive audit trail for your appointments.
-This feature meticulously records major actions, from appointment creation to updates on various fields like patient details, appointment types, and locations.
-The audit log, displayed in chronological order, provides clarity on 'who' performed the action, 'what' action was taken, and 'when' it occurred.
-For recurring appointments, the audit log captures updates on series versus occurrence levels, ensuring a detailed account of changes.
-The ability to sort log items by newest or oldest offers flexibility in navigating the comprehensive appointment history.

Enhanced Task Manager for Admin Users on Provider Web
Admin users can now enjoy a comprehensive view of all open tasks, review patient-specific tasks, and efficiently manage pending requests. This feature allows admins to seamlessly navigate tasks across the entire practice, creating a centralized and efficient task management hub. The introduction of multi-select assignees within the Task Manager screen empowers practice users to easily choose specific users for task viewing.
Flexibility is enhanced with options like 'Select All' assignees and viewing "Unassigned" tasks. Dynamic tabs like "Assigned," "Task Pool," and "Created" adapt based on user selections, ensuring a focused and tailored task management experience. A user-friendly toast message clarifies applied filters, preventing any confusion.
The ability to manage task access still resides in the Manage Task settings, wherein admins can customize task access for multiple users and restrict non-admin users' task access.
Download Video Recordings (Flag Based Feature)
Exciting news! Now, providers and staff can download video recordings for virtual group appointments, offering a valuable tool for comprehensive review and documentation.
This includes all recordings made during the scheduled appointment, regardless of when they occurred. The downloaded mp4 files display end date and time stamps, providing a clear overview. Access is granted to providers for the specific event or those linked to any of the group event providers' calendars. Conveniently stored locally, this feature is currently available on the provider web across major browsers.

Filter Members by Practice Locations
Now, on Provider Web, users can easily filter patients based on their practice location within Population Groups. This feature allows seamless targeting of patients from specific offices, making campaigns and automations more targeted and efficient.
Users can add a rule named "Practice Location," selecting operators like 'contains' or 'not contains' to filter patients. The available practice locations, listed from account settings, can be multi-selected. Patients matching the selected location(s) are added to the group, and any updates to a patient's location automatically adjust their group membership.
Search Members by Chosen Name
Now, searching for members on Fold is more intuitive than ever! With the latest update, we've added the ability to search for members not just by their formal names, but also by their chosen names. This enhancement simplifies the process for users, ensuring a seamless experience when locating specific members in the system.
No more hassle in finding unique members - simply use their chosen name for a quick and efficient search. This feature is integrated seamlessly into all member search functionalities, providing a more personalized and user-friendly experience.

Ability to accept multiple patient reported records on Provider Web.
Display date of birth along with age as a patient identifier across Fold patient and provider web and native apps.
Increased text box size for syncing notes from a message in the EHR.
