Can I send faxes through Fold?
Yes, Fold supports EFax. If you would like to enable faxing from Fold, please reach out to us at success@fold.health. Click here for more details.
Can Fold replace my EMR?
At the present time Fold does not have any plans to reproduce, replicate or replace your EMR.
Can I order labs, imaging, prescriptions through Fold?
Lab, imaging and prescription ordering should be done through your EMR.
If a patient or provider is outside the USA can they access their Fold Care and Fold Grow App?
For security and compliance reasons Fold restricts logins for the Fold Care and Fold Grow Apps when you are outside of the USA or US territories. In order to login outside of the USA or US Territories, you must be logged into a US based VPN first. This applies to providers and patients in the Fold Grow and Fold Care App.
What if a member accidentally unsubscribed from the emails?
If the patient uses the patient app, they can resubscribe to the email categories in the Account section.
1) Login to your Fold Care app and click on the profile icon at the bottom of your screen
2) Check for Communication Prefs and click on it.
3) Make sure Email is selected and all option below are selected.
