Fold allows you to embed code into your website that allows to communicate with your patients. Any messages sent via the web widget will show up in the web widget inbox. If a patient has an account in Fold, the messages will link to their profile, otherwise the messages will link to a ‘Prospect’ profile. To create a Web Widget Inbox, go to Settings → Messages → + New and follow the on screen prompts for Web Widget.
