Welcome to Fold Health! We are thrilled to have you join our platform. The training videos listed below will walk you through the basics of Fold Health. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during your live training and FAQ sessions with the Fold Health team.

3. Navigating Patients in Fold Health - Part 1	A deep dive into the Patients tab	12 minutes	Create a test patient in your Fold Sandbox (testing) account using the name of your favorite actor/actress, your work email address, and your personal cell phone number
4. Navigating Patients in Fold Health - Part 2	A deep dive into the detailed patient profile	5 minutes	Send an instant meet invite to your test patient Set a tag for your patient Create a family connection for your patient. Add a peanut allergy and appendectomy to your test patient's profile Create a soap note for your test patient and fill in the details. Save and sign the note. Amend and sign your soap note
5. SMS & Messaging Hub	A deep dive into Fold Health's SMS and Messaging functionalities	15 minutes	Send an SMS to your test patient Respond to the SMS as if you were your test patient Schedule an SMS to send to your patient in 1 hour Send a form to your patient via SMS. 7. Creating and Managing Tasks in Fold Health	Learn how to navigate and manage your tasks within Fold	8 minutes	Book yourself a task to follow up with a member in 3 days, post treatment. Add a label to your task. Assign the same task to another user. Complete a task assigned to you. @ Mention another staff member. Create a task for a patient.
8. Navigating the Fold Grow Provider App	Learn how to use the mobile app for Providers	12 minutes	Download the Fold Grow mobile app from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Please note: you will not be able to login to the app until you are added as a user in your organization's Production account, closer to the day of go-live.
